Thank you to all members that helped with the Autumn Wildlife Discovery Morning on the wildlife area on Saturday 1st November. It was a lovely morning, and adults and children all had a good time, and with all the activities that Helen, Rachel and Wendy had provided. The children planted some new bushes and were happy to water the plants to give them a good start. I have a photographs below that show a little of what went on.
We sadly had to say goodbye to one of our founding members this month as Clare Shorter and her husband, Brian ( another long standing member of the group) have moved to East Sussex. We thank them for all that they have done for the group, and wish them all the best for the future.
We will need a work party (or two) during the winter to do some coppicing. Please keep a look on the website for dates. Members will be notified by email
