It has been a while since my last post, and apologies for that as I have been on an extended holiday. We had a successful work party at the end of March, and big thank you to everybody who turned up and helped. I am sorry this was not held at the weekend which would suit some, but some tasks needed to be undertaken before the end of the month. 

With April, for those who which to commit themselves a bit more to the group, membership subscriptions are due (new members are always welcome). Due to increased costs the membership fee of £5 per person per annum which we have held in place for 24 years, needed to be increased this year to £10 per annum to cover our fixed costs. I have been asked when members of the group are leading an evening walk to look for glow worms on Whiteshute Ridge. We aim to have a walk on an evening or two in early to mid-July once we had decided the exact date(s). I will post details on the Website, and I will take bookings when the details are published.
